This Luxury Cheese Board includes a selection of cheese, as well as two homemade Blackwells chutneys and two Miller Elements Crackers box.
Perl Wen – One of Wales’ best loved soft cheeses – along with its equally loved Cenarth cousin, the blue Perl Las – Perl Wen is a glorious and unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili. Soft centre a fresh citrus flavour with a hint of sea salt.
Perl Las – A superb blue cheese, golden in colour, with a creamy, gently salty taste that grows stronger with maturity.
Black Bomber Cheddar – A delicious rich flavour with a smooth creaminess, lasting long on the palate but remaining demandingly moreish!
Petit Camembert – Traditional camembert made in the heart of Normandy. With a soft and creamy texture, a slight core gradually reducing as the cheese matures and a distinctive camembert flavour.
Rosary Plain – Rosary Goats Cheese is a fresh, creamy goats cheese with a mousse-like texture and a natural acidity. It is made from pasteurised milk, using a microbial rennet, which makes it suitable for vegetarians.
Snowdonia Bouncing Berry – A mature white Cheddar blended with cranberries, this cheese is deliciously creamy, light and fruity.
Beechwood Smoked – With its gently nutty texture and subtle smokey hues, our naturally smoked Beechwood™ cheese really captivates, with mellow depth and warmth.
