Method
Place shredded turkey in middle of the square, add torn up stuffing on to turkey, finish with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Egg wash around the margins of pastry.
Fold one corner over until it finds the other corner opposite and push down forming a triangle, crimp with a fork to form a seal.
Brush top of turnover with egg wash.
Bake for 25 mins at 170oc fan assisted.
