½ tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp dried oregano
Start by heating your oil in a large pan over high heat. Once it’s hot, add your peppers and onions and cook them until they start to caramelize – for about 5 minutes.
Add the spice mix and leftover turkey – cook this all for a few more minutes.
Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, sour cream, salsa and guacamole!
