Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies


  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 200g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250g Caster Sugar
  • 120g Rice Flour
  • 400g Philadelphia
  • 150g Caster Sugar
  • Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Eggs
  • Raspberries


Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth, whisk in the 3 eggs and 250 grams of caster and then proceed to fold in the rice flour.

Combine the Philadelphia, caster sugar, vanilla essence and eggs together in a separate bowl.  Once you have done this you spoon it in blocks on to the chocolate mixture and sprinkle over some raspberries.

Its now ready to go in to the oven for 40 minutes at 170oC
