A whole side of Maldon Cure Smoked Salmon from Lambton & Jackson

A winner of three stars at the 2019 Great Taste Awards our local cure joyfully celebrates the art of smoking salmon. The unique taste owes much to our dry salting process and the exquisite blend of oak and beech. Smooth and sophisticated, our Maldon Cure is an ideal way to enjoy proper artisanal smoked salmon. The smoked salmon is sliced in the classic D-Cut style.

Lambton & Jackson is the luxury smokehouse famous for its unrivalled range of delicious smoked salmon.
