These small herds are traditionally reared and slow grown for ethical meat. The 100% grass-fed method not only leads to a happy healthy herd, it also has many great health benefits for us too, including:

• Contains Electrolytes – Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium

• Contains healthier fats – 6 times more Omega-3 fatty acids (normally found in oily-fish)
