Why is my invoice different to what it says online?
Our order is due for delivery tomorrow but we haven't received a call to pay?
We may be running a bit behind as we are extremely busy and currently at top capacity. Our small team is working their hardest to get through everything as quickly as we can!
Please don’t worry, we will be sending your order to you on the date you have specified and we will call you as soon as we can.
We can’t get through to your phone number to pay for our delivery?
If you can’t get through do not worry! We will call you for payment.

Can we add on to our order?
You can, you need to log on to your account and change the order from there. If not if you give us a call we will be able to do it over the phone for you.
Items are missing - have I been charged?
If there is an item missing, we shouldn’t have charged you for it. If you believe we have, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The order needs to be over £50 for shipping options to become available.

How should I store my meat delivery?
If you are not freezing meat, take cuts out of the plastic bag and place on a plate in the bottom of the fridge. Cuts that are vacuum packed can remain in their packaging.
